Our Principal Stylists are highly experienced professionals who have spent years, often decades, refining their craft and skills. Their expertise is built on continuous education, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to technical excellence. With thousands of hours behind the chair, they've developed strong intuition, confident judgement, and a clear understanding of what works best for each client. Their approach goes beyond technique, grounded in thoughtful consultation, careful planning, and a genuine focus on long-term hair health.

They honour the classic foundations of hairdressing while embracing modern techniques, trends, and innovation. This balance allows them to create results that feel both current and timeless, never chasing trends at the expense of suitability. As part of the management and education team, they mentor and support stylists through hands-on training, coaching, and skill development.
