Clare, our Manager and Principal Stylist, is a true Radical Hair Community original, a Radical-born-and-bred hairstylist whose career has grown alongside the salon itself. With over a decade in the industry, she began her hairdressing journey at twenty and has now spent eleven years refining her craft, building loyal client relationships and stepping naturally into leadership. Today, she balances high-level technical work behind the chair with a deeply supportive management role, making her both a trusted stylist and a dependable guide for the entire team.

Clare’s path in hairdressing has always been grounded in care, care for the work, for the client experience and for the people around her. She is known for her calm, compassionate nature and her ability to make both clients and staff feel supported and understood. Whether someone needs technical advice, scheduling help, reassurance or a second opinion, Clare is the person the team turns to.
